Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information yesibuy.com collects, why, and your choices. YesiBuy® ("YesiBuy," "we," "us") buys houses for cash in the South Metro Atlanta area. YesiBuy is a separate company from YesiRealty® Real Estate Advisors.

The short version

• We collect what you send us in our cash-offer form and basic information about how the site is used.
• We use it to look at your property and contact you about an offer.
• We don't sell your personal information, and we never share your phone number or text-message consent with anyone for their marketing.

Information you give us

Our cash-offer form asks for the property address, its condition, your name and phone number, and optionally your email address, when you'd like to sell and an asking price. It also records whether you agreed to be contacted.

Each request is saved privately on our web server (not on a public page) and emailed to Joe Watkins and Stephanie Burt, who handle YesiBuy offers. With each request we also record the date, your IP address and browser type to prevent spam and abuse. Requests our spam filter blocks are kept privately so a real request isn't lost.

To prepare an offer, we may also look up public records about the property, such as county tax and sales records.

Calls, texts and emails

If you tick the consent box, you agree that YesiBuy may call, text or email you at the number and address you gave about selling that property, including by automated means. Agreeing is not a condition of any sale. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or HELP for help. You can also tell us at any time to stop calling or emailing.

We do not share or sell your mobile number or text-message opt-in to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Information collected automatically

• Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC): how many people visit, which pages they view, roughly where they are (city or region), their device and browser, and how they found us. We never send names, phone numbers, addresses or form contents. Learn more: how Google uses this data
• Server logs: our web host records IP addresses, browser type and pages requested for security.

Google Analytics uses cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, or opt out with Google's opt-out add-on. This site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

How we use information

To review your property, contact you, make and follow up on an offer, complete a purchase if you accept one, keep business records, improve the site, prevent spam and fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the people handling your request, with service providers that help us run the site (our web host, Namecheap; our email provider, Microsoft 365; Google Analytics), with others needed to complete a purchase you agree to (such as a closing attorney, title company or lender), and when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep requests and purchase records as long as needed to work with you and keep business records, then delete them. Google Analytics keeps event data for no more than 14 months.

Your choices and rights

Call 678-737-2269 or email joe.watkins@yesirealty.com to ask what information we have about you, to correct or delete it (unless we must keep it by law), or to stop calls, texts or emails. We'll respond within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law.

Security

The site runs over secure HTTPS, requests are stored outside the public website, and access is limited to our team. No website is completely secure, but we'll notify you if a breach affects you, as Georgia law requires.

Children

This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above.
